With many options available to you, it can be confusing and daunting to select the best ceramic coating product for your vehicle. You want to ensure the compound is correct, and a popular option is QJUTSU coating.

What is QJUTSU Body Coat?  

This is a single component coating that can be applied efficiently and provide up to 12 months of protection for your car. Any detailing enthusiasts who care about protecting their cars are missing out if they don't use this product.   

QJUTSU offers Body Coat and Body Coat Pro, which offer varying levels and duration of protection. The Pro is a two-component coating that will last up to 24 months and has a faster bonding process. This can achieve better results and much more efficiently. 

These both work by creating a physical layer on the surface that will give you protection against weather conditions and any potential scratches and scuffs. If you're into detailing, then this product can also amplify and emphasise the gloss and colour of your car. This can only be achieved through coating and not waxing, which is another incentive.    

Both products can help keep your car cleaner for longer, as the hydrophobic elements will prevent any build-up of water or grime, instead allowing it to slide right off

Using QJUTSU Body Coat 

Taking your car to a coating professional will provide the best results, as there are important steps to follow for the best results.    

The temperature for optimal application needs to be between 20-25°C, so being in a controlled environment is best. Be sure to shake the bottle well before applying. Once the bottle has been opened, the application plug is inserted into the bottleneck. 

Wrap the applicator with a cloth, and then the coating will be dripped onto the application cloth and spread evenly across the paintwork. 3-4 drops onto the attached cloth will be sufficient for one section of the car, i.e. whilst doing the front passenger door.    

This is where the motion is important, as a crisscross motion must be used to spread the coating evenly. 

A precise and even application of the QJUTSU body coat will provide the car with a consistent level of glossiness. Another reason why this should be done in a controlled environment is that the lighting will be consistent and can allow for close inspection of the coating.    

Allow 5 minutes for the coating to bond to the paintwork, and then the area will be wiped with a soft microfiber cloth or towel. You may notice white residual spots and marks forming after this time, and this is a sign that you're good to begin wiping down. Be sure to buff consistently and methodically to avoid any streaks.   

This completes most of the application of the QJUTSU body coat, but it still needs time to harden and form the wanted protection. When you achieve a perfect gloss, leave the car for at least 12 hours in a cool and dry location, giving the product time to cure. This will allow the coating to bind to the paint.    

It's important this is done in the same conditions as the application, so your car will be left by the professionals and can be collected the following day.     

A further application can be done with the QJUTSU wheel coat product, which provides heat protection and protection against dirt and grime for your tyres. Once again, the temperature must be controlled and maintained for the product to be used. The tyres will be cleaned beforehand, and then the application can begin.
